How do I place an order?

We have a few options for ordering:

    Secure On-line Ordering
    Here at Raggedy Place we have secure on-line ordering. Just click on the "Add to Cart" buttons next to the items. You can remove items from the cart once they have been entered.
    After you are finished shopping, go to the shopping cart and click on the button to send your order. You will want to click on "Send Order(Secure)" if you want secure transmission. An information screen will appear next. Here you enter your address and payment information. Next click on "Send Order Now" button to send your billing information. You will then have one more chance to look at the information you entered. Finally you should click on "Confirm Order". You will be given an order number and receive an email confirmation of your order.

    Phone/Fax Ordering
    You can call in your order to 215-947-0300. If we are not available to take your call please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
    Or fax your order to1-215-914-1472, available 24 hours a day.

    Mail Order
    You can mail your order to:

    Payment Info
    - We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, check or money order. No C.O.D.s.
    - Please make all checks out to Raggedy Place and mail to the above address.
    - Payment is always made in advance.
    - Personal checks will usually be held until they clear. Money orders and Credit Card orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 1 week. UPS shipping takes 1 to 6 business day in the Continental USA.

 
What is your Return Policy?

If you have any problems with your order please notify us immediately. You may return any item within 5 days of receiving the order for a refund or credit. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.


 
What if something is broken?

We try to be careful with packing but occasionally an item is damaged during shipping. If you find a damaged item hold on to it and notify us immediately. We will put a claim through the shipping company and give you a refund or replace the item when the claim is completed.

Shipping Rates in the US:
Total up to $49.99:$6.00
Total $50 up to $99.99:$9.00
Total $100 up to $199.99:$12.00
Over $200: FREE
  • All orders are shipped via Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made.
  • Personal checks will be held until they clear.
  • Money orders and Credit Card orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 1 week.
  • We do not offer faster shipping options.

The products you see here may be in limited quantities. We cannot guarantee the availability of any item. If an item is out of stock we will try our best to get it to you in a timely manner or notify you if it is no longer available. All prices are subject to change without notice.
